Waisted does not accept returns or exchanges for our products. Everything is final sale. However, in the spirit of customer service, please let us know if there was an issue along the way.
Please allow 24-48 hours for email responses. Please only email once as Waisted will be working in the order received.
We are a small business, and like ANY business- accidents happen. As the customer, you have 2 weeks to report any issues with your product. Although we don't do exchanges or returns, we will do our best to rectify the situation.
With Waisted- Our orders are custom. There are a limited number of strands, as we like to flow with inspiration. You may be able to order the same colors or style, but the patterns etc, will not be the same. When ordered customized strands, knowing your measurements and specification is extremely important. Please leave a message or email us if you have complication along the way.
CON- you can't order the same thing twice. PRO- You've been waisted with a one of a kind strand.
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your product (not including holidays or weekends). I'm a one-woman army but my passion comes with boundaries. Ase. After your package has been shipped, Waised is not responsible for any delays made by USPS or used postal service.
